Jacks have completed the first launch of the instore Moss Bros concessions, starting with the Flagship Covent Garden store. The principle concept has been developed through the synergy between brands, which has already generated greatly enhanced footfall within the Moss Bros store. By bringing the most innovative brand in male grooming to one of Londons most popular gents tailors, the opportunities for cross selling of services and products has been capitalised on. Jacks customers not only benefit from added inspiration uring waiting times but loyalty is also remunerated through the points discount incentive. If the pilot scheme is deemed a success the concept will be rolled out within a number of the larger Moss Bros locations.
