THE CHALLENGE
iJento is currently rolling out an ambitious global growth strategy. They have teamed up with Pomegranate to add some extra clout to how their impressive solutions are marketed. Being a world class provider of multi-channel customer intelligence analysis applications takes a different approach to marketing.
iJento delivers organisations deep level customer journey insight, allowing clients such as LV Insurance and Tesco's to accurately monitor customer behaviors and respond to the activity, across their array of engagement channels.
The first challenge was to articulate iJento's powerful solutions into punchy marketing led demonstrations. The marketing approach needed to encapsulate the individual brand ethos, accommodate application across diverse viewing formats and be instantly appealing to the range of profiles within the target audience.
THE SOLUTION
...Animated software stories. I know, it sounds a little off the wall however, we undertook some in depth research to determine the format that would provide iJento with the highest engagement amongst the target decision makers. In addition, the animated approach enables us to create better information retention and impart far more information than conventional static text and graphics.
For the first video of the suite, Pomegranate carried out detailed research into how the products worked to get a clear understanding of the focal features that would engage the prospects. We wanted to break the conventions of classic screen capture demos and create engaging stories that followed the experiences of individual characters as they interacted with the products. This was established to differentiate iJento from the competition, and to captivate the viewer around the specific uses of each product.
The style was evolved to create a recognizable brand look and feel that enabled iJento to position the animations into multiple platforms – from the brands website through to YouTube and selected content based communities. The animations fused the iJento ethos and values to create a clearly engaging viewing experience with the aim of driving enquiries and deeper interaction.
THE OUTCOME
The final tweaks are being made, but early indications are excitingly good!!
