Our very own Duncan Thomas will be judging in December at the newest and latest award ceremony to acknowledge the CX industry, the UK Digital Experience Awards 2016 (UKDXA) at the Park Plaza Riverbank in London. This unique daytime event is attended by over 100 companies allowing these businesses from across the UK to compete with the best of the best.
UKDXA recently partnered with Usability 24/7 who will be using their methodologies and expertise to analysis all entries by identified areas of defining the experience: navigation, content, function presentation and feedback. Awards will be distributed across three main areas and obviously there has to be one overall winner; ‘Sector Specific category’, ‘Discipline Specific category’, ‘People people category’ and finally the ‘Overall best digital customer experience 2016’.
Duncan will be along side other leaders in customer experience industry, using their own methodology to adjudicate the entries and then decide who deserves this new valued award.
